We have a short week this week, due to Parent/Teacher conferences. Classes will be held Monday - Wednesday. Enjoy the long weekend!
Last Week We talked a lot about what is REAL vs. PRETEND last week, and enjoyed reading some silly monster and ghost stories. Our Halloween parties were a success. Thank you to all the parents who sent in food and treats, as well as came and helped set-up. You guys rock!
This Week We have a short week this week. We will be learning about spiders, writing spider stories for our portfolios, making our own spiders, and patterning with spiders. We will be reviewing letters A, B, C, D, and E. Teacher Jaylene will also be finishing up assessments in preparation for conferences.
Conferences I am looking forward to talking with all of the parents about their awesome kids! We have a great class this year. Please let me know if you don't remember when you signed up for conferences. Just email or text me, and I will get back to you promptly.

We are looking for a pianist for both concerts - Monday, December 8 and Tuesday, December 9. If you or someone you know are willing and able to volunteer to accompany our Little Acorn concerts, please let Teacher Katie know. Thanks!
